Paisible, privé et isolé! remodeler un mobil-home simple et large avec plus d'espace. Propre et spacieux 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, cuisine entiÚrement équipée, coin repas et salon. Idéal pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis. Idéalement situé à moins de 5-20 miles de toutes les sources et riviÚres populaires. Super endroit calme pour se détendre ou profiter de toutes les activités de plaisir en plein air (tubing, kayak, plongée, randonnée ...). Il y a quelques restaurants et magasin à un dollar en ville pour la plupart des besoins. Wi-Fi, TV avec chaßnes locales et Roku. Maison se trouve sur un acre dans un endroit calme et privé pour se détendre. Profitez de l'endroit tout entier pour vous.
Le temps automne / hiver est absolument magnifique avec des jours clairs et nets et des soirées fraßches. Dans les 20 minutes de la maison, vous pourrez faire des antiquités, faire de la randonnée et visiter les parcs et les zones de loisirs à proximité pendant la journée. Dans la soirée, les clients peuvent s'asseoir prÚs d'un feu de joie tout en dégustant leur boisson préférée.
Le printemps / Ă©tĂ© consiste Ă  jouer dans l'eau. Tubing, natation, kayak et canoĂ«, canotage, plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e et plongĂ©e sous-marine et tout ce qu'une personne voudrait faire dans les riviĂšres alimentĂ©es par une source. Le parc d'État d'Ichetucknee Springs est Ă  3,2 km. Les clients auront un accĂšs complet Ă  la maison et aux environs. Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans un lieu si paisible Ă  quelques miles des sources ! Nous avons reçu toutes les informations par les propriĂ©taires pour rentrer dans le logement. En arrivant tout Ă©tait propre avec des petites attentions Ă  dispositions (nourriture, produit d’hygiĂšne). Un confort « comme Ă  la maison » Ă  disposition (barbecue, brasero, machine Ă  laver, sĂšche linge...). 2 salles de bain Ă  disposition et 6 couchages trĂšs confortables. Seul remarque : manque de vaisselle car prĂ©vu pour 4 personnes mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment dĂ©rangĂ©. Emplacement idĂ©al Ă  ne pas manquer.

Nothing special here do not recommend

Read the other bad reviews. Cracks in exterior doors so bugs come in. I could go on. Pictures are deceiving. My wife would not stay here so she moved to the other house we rented.

Needs an overhaul

This property was near the springs but that is the only bright spot. It needs some serious repairs. Floors covered by rugs with holes and sagging boards underneath. Wallpaper peeling. Dirty windows and not very clean overall. On the last day we discovered a serious leak under the sink with small bowl underneath to catch the water that was overflowing. This property was definitely not what it appeared on the website.

Horrible Experience - Beware

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The pictures online are a complete lie—nothing looks remotely like what we walked into. Everything in this house is falling apart and downright disgusting. We knew we were in trouble when we saw the towels, covered in yellow spots, like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The internet is practically non-existent; I could barely make a phone call, let alone check emails. We rented this house during Hurricane Debby and lost power for four days. The owners didn’t bother to check in or even ask if we were okay. Their complete lack of concern was appalling. My daughter slept in the add-on, and she woke up with bug bites all over her legs. The house had a few pans and which is absurd for a property claiming to be fully equipped. Every counter in the kitchen was cracked, and the walls were literally falling apart. There were holes in the floor covered over with vinyl plank flooring and the bathroom was full of mold. The air conditioner barely worked, and the tub was cracked to the point where I worried it might leak. The doors were falling off their hinges, and we had cockroaches crawling everywhere. The burners on the stove were bent up, the refrigerator didn’t seal properly, and the water pressure was terrible. Half the doors did not even have door handles just falling off cabinet door handles. Towel rods non existent just pieces left in the walls. The outdoor space was just as bad—the landscaping hadn’t been touched in years.

Convenience and location of property was great having all of the wildlife around was amazing. Property itself needs to be better maintained. The grass was high. Some of the ceilings and walls are peeling. The floor seems a little unstable. The front deck is definitely a hazard. Would’ve been nice to have a frying pan to make eggs in the morning.

Cute and Quaint

It was what we needed for our family reunion. It was roughly a mile to our other families rental and to the Spring, where we launched. It is an older home but we only noticed minor things needing to be fixed. Regardless, it was clean and maintained well. It rained during our stay so we didn't get to enjoy their nice and spacious yard. All in all, we would certainly rent here again.

This property was awesome!! Fully stocked and ready to go it felt like home. Loved playing with the tether ball and the home layout was so nice and comfortable for Our family of 4 and my mother to enjoy some great family time. We also were able to make s’mores. The kids loved the bunk beds and the was over all very comfortable. Be sure to bring bug spray though! Would love to come back next time we go to the springs.

The property was very beautiful and quite...very relaxing. Great place to get away from busy life.

The house was very clean and spacious. when we arrived the owner let us know that there wasn't any power due to a power outage in the area but it came back a few hours later. She was very quick to respond to my messages. Until the power came back we just took a drive around with our golf cart and found the sante Fe river and cooled off with a swim. I'd definitely recommend this place and will be staying again next year.

This home felt like home away from home. Very cozy. There was everything you could think of that you need from dishes to flashlights to handsanitizer to a washer and dryer. We will definitely be staying again. The owner was very easy to contact and made sure everything was perfect.

Nice but not what we expected.

My family and I rented this place while we enjoyed the springs. It was secluded which was nice! The owner was extremely nice and quick to respond. However, the outside didn’t look like the pictures. The grass was tall and it was grown up around the fence and house. My son was playing at the basketball hoop he got attacked by ants due to the tall grass. The deck steps are about to fall apart, it was very unsafe. There wasn’t any outside hammocks like pictured, the lounge chairs that are shown around the fire pit were to the side dirty. The inside of the house was clean, but other people’s opened items (bread, coffee, condiments, seasonings, body washes, shampoos etc.) was left for others to use.

Exactly what we expected

Overall everything about this place is exactly what we expected. If I had to recommend anything it would be an upgrade to the a/c units as we found that it stayed very hot inside and we did smell the septic tank when sitting out on the porch. None of these things were terribly bad though. I would definitely stay here again.

Private Retreat

The location is tucked away in the woods and is very quiet. The owner tries to think of everything that you could possibly need and of course it is just as well maintained and well stocked as the last time I stayed there. I highly recommend it.
