Summary:

Everyone loves an a-frame, but not all are created equal! Once you get away to the Lakeview House, your standards will be set too high to stay anywhere else. Here, you'll find a completely renovated cabin with designer finishes, kitchen and bathroom designs that leave you in awe, two huge decks (with a hot tub and 2 fire pits) highlighting its forest and lake views, and bonus... you're only a 3min walk to Orchard Bay and a mile to the Village. We cannot wait to welcome you here again and again!



The Space:

You'll be greeted by an expansive designer kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living room, boasting vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. You'll be torn whether to gather around the kitchen island, or take in the view of the lake by the living room fireplace. Open both sets of sliding glass doors onto the deck for an effortless flow between kitchen, deck and living room. At the end of a fun day, you'll be torn between unwinding with your favorite show on the tv, a fire in the fireplace, or with a glass of wine and blanket on the deck.



On the main floor you'll find two ensuite bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath, as well as a second bedroom with custom-built bunk beds that kids will love. A queen size murphy bed in the bunk room can also be utilized for extra guests. This room also has direct access to a bathroom that doubles as a powder bath, making it convenient for everyone.



You'll also find the first of two expansive decks on this level, offering a perfect spot to soak in the picturesque lake views and enjoy the fresh mountain air. You'll have a hard time picking where to sit however... with an outdoor dining table, a bar, and lounge seating in front of the fire pit to choose from!



Up the stairs, you'll discover another bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The shower features a skylight that bathes the room in natural light. Take in the beauty of the surrounding pine trees and stars as you unwind in this cozy and inviting space.



Last but not least, downstairs you'll find the game room/den that doubles as another private bedroom with a bathroom. Complete with a door for added privacy, this room is perfect for the whole family and features a game table, fun wall games, and large smart TV for movies, sports, and cartoons. There's even a sofa bed with a memory foam king size mattress for maximum comfort! The kids will have a blast in this fun and inviting space, and you'll love the versatility and privacy it provides.



The lower floor also features the second deck with a hot tub, boasting breathtaking lake and mountain views. Plus, you'll love the fully screened-in porch that lets you enjoy a game of ping pong without the nuisance of summer bugs.

Guest Access:

**Lake Access: All our guests are welcome to use our lake passes for accessing the lake trails! We have recommendations on the best places to swim or relax on the sand.**



The Neighborhood:

Centrally located, only five minute walk to the lake and minutes away from top destinations such as, Lake Arrowhead Village, Sky Forrest and SkyPark at Santa’s Village. 20 minute drive to the Ski slopes at Snow Valley. Easy access with great parking.



Getting Around:

Home can park 3 cars and has only 5 steps down to the front door. Guests with limited mobility can enjoy this home, with bedrooms and full bathrooms on the main level, and a huge deck right off the kitchen and living room.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
