« All staff particularly Deepak, Hemant, Shivam and Atul at front desk were quite helpful and provided excellent services »

« Very attentive staff and hospitality is good. Kept »

« Friendly staff. Not very clean rooms and bed cover with stains. The location is OK. »

« Helpful, respectful and kind staff. Namaste! »

« Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. »

« On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. Breakfast was ok, but not fit to American palate. We had prepaid for the entire trip in advance but had to leave 3 days earlier. We asked for a refund, they...

« Good stay and room is clean and nice »

« Good stay near railway metro station »

« Excellent place. Comfy king size beds. Clean large bathroom and lovely shower in our room. The washing machine and dryer was an excellent add on. Highly recommended. »
