'We had family stay at the house for my daughter's wedding. The actual wedding took place on the lawn in front of the condominium so it worked out perfectly. Cooking equipment furniture everything was very up-to-date and very good shape. I would definitely recommend this condominium for anyone going to turtle Bay.'

'Stayed for 4 days in May 2024. Enjoyed the beautiful view and the upscale finishes in this gorgeous apt. A little tricky with the various codes to get in the gates and the apt. You're on the resort property but have to pay extra for resort facilities ($40/day for gym). Great place. Highly recommend. Responsive mgr. gets back to you within minutes.'

Having the beach and pool close and convenient was a plus for the kiddos. And what an amazing view!! Many sites to see within close proximity and easy to get to if desired :). 'Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten Anlage. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Wohnung 317 ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar wäre dringend zu erneuern. Alles in allem würden wir gerne wieder kommen.'

'This property is adjacent to Turtle Bay and share the same calm beach. This penthouse suite has EVERYTHING - well organized. Every piece of beach equipment you could possibly want and more. REALLY comfy beds - the host Gina was fantastic and responded rapidly. The only drawback for us is that the penthouse suite is right by the pool - so you get lots of activity during the day - this is PERFECT for family vacations.'

'Very beautiful weather this weekend made our stay so enjoyable. Did a lot of fishing, swimming and eating. Had to rent two units adjoining because of the number of our family. On the last day, wish we could have only rented one unit on the last night since our family left and one 3 bedroom was empty. Because we had two units we could compensate for one dryer not working in one unit. Also refrigerator and freezer in one unit not working well so used only one side. Had a good stay regardless.'

'My friends and I were able to book this beautiful place for the Palm Tree Festival. The location was right next to the hotel and walking distance to the festival. We wished we had more time just to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view. THANK THE STARS, they provided a substantial amount of towels which was desperately needed when we got drenched walking home. Management was fantastic in responding to any requests or questions!'

'I can't say enough, the location and view were great. The unit was beautiful and spacious. We were comfortable with 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. The proximity to the ocean was perfect. We could not have asked for more.'

'Great parking, very good for meals for large family and lawn for todler, great access to north shore breaks, quiet clean, no bugs, good sleeping arrangements and room separation. Nice frigging unit. Not one problem. If there was a manager I never saw them. I didn't even think there was a check in process Lease stressful VRBO I have ever done.'

'The best part of our stay was that the location was close to everything that we had planned to do. There was a hiccup with check in as they had changed the codes on the doors and didn't let us know about it a head of time. We didn't have to wait long and we were able to get the correct codes. We loved our stay at this property.'

'The house was big and spacious and accommodated our group of 14 comfortably. The couch was not the same as what was pictured and was very uncomfortable. The pull out sofas had crumbs and were dirty. Otherwise we loved it. Having a view of the ocean as we showered, listening to the sound of the waves to fall asleep to, room in the kitchen for multiple people to help cook, a well stocked kitchen with small appliances and even some simple spices, attentive property manager … all made our trip just...

'The house is perfect for a family. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The semi private beach is incredible. we enjoyed it a lot. The beach towels are great, but the rest of the linens could be improved. We had an issue with the hot tub. It was super gross. The maintenance company for the property did not do their job. My husband spent over 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it. The property manager Istiban and the maintenance man, Sam are great. Great communication and helpful. If you stay here...
