Great place to stay in Maui !!

We had a one week stay in this condo. We had 2 couples and single for this stayThe master bedroom is a loft to the living room, but did not hinder our stay. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach was a 3 minute walk. A general store and coffee were a 15 minutes walk. This was a quiet neighborhood with everyhing we needed for a great stay

A really good spot

For three days in a row the beach across the street had turtles come up and lay in the sand. Great location. The place was very organized neat and clean. Definitely would stay there again!!!

It a nice getaway for a mean time!

It a nice place and so close to store and the beach! There’s only 1 thing that I wish they have is a bathroom downstairs it’s so hard to go to the bathroom I’m the middle of the night and I have my sister that had knee surgeries and it’s hard for her to go up and down in the stairs just to go to the bathroom! But all in all I rated it 5 stars!

Great overall property. Really enjoyed our state and the communication from the owner was great. Small recommendations would be to have more towels available and make sure there is enough soap etc. But overall, loved our stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful place!

Honestly everything was perfect about this place except for the fact they don't offer a Pack and Play/Crib for babies, which is surprising since I would definitely otherwise say this was a very family friendly Townhome. They had plenty of amenities to borrow for the beach and pool, the townhome was very clean, beds comfortable, and spacious. The area around the townhome was also nice with several food options and a nice beach, but perhaps a little far from other parts of the island if you plan on traveling around. Definitely an overall recommend!

Many of the reviews are spot on. The bathrooms are very datesd, the tile at least needs re-grouting if they don't want to do a renovation. The place is much darker than the online pictures. Beach across the street is beautiful, that's a plus. Boogie boards and chairs provided made the beach great. Evolve is ok - typical large management company. An actual person texted us during the stay. The price for the place felt really high. But that's Hawaii right now.

A large family travels to Maui

This location was perfect for our family of seven, all the kids had space and the adults had privacy. There was a pool and hot tub for when we wanted to stay back, and the beach is across the street making for easy access. The food nearby was good and the walls, beautiful. Would utilize this space again in the future- highly recommend

Beautiful place, well-located and clean. We would definitely return. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc for entire family. All the amenities you could ask for. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. 5 star rating all around.

Perfect place to stay

We loved this condo. It was only a few minute walk to the beach and to the pool. The beds were comfortable, even the kids enjoyed the 2 pull out couches. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as all of the restaurants had 2+ hour wait times due to COVID and their capacity is at 50%. Charles was great for checking in and out and he checked in with us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Another huge bonus was that the condo came with a cooler, boogie boards, goggles, towels and chairs for the beach. Such a great place for a family.

I loved that the property was right next to the beach. The property provided beach chairs, beach toys, shades, beach mat, cooler, everything you need to go to the beach! The property was cleaned and had everything we needed to cook and dine in.

great family vacation!

My family of 6 (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 kids aged 2 and 4.5) loved our Maui vacation. The pullout worked great for our 4.5 year old and we were able to rent a crib from a local rental company for the 2 year old. (We were all so tired from our days out that we all went to bed early when the kids did... or having use of the pullout might be an issue as it is in the main living area) The kids LOVED the pool. Even though the building is older, the common areas have been very well maintained. The condo was great and has been mostly updated, outside of the bathrooms. The provided beach gear was great. 4 beach chairs, a boogie board, beach toys, cooler and beach towels made each trip to the beach awesome. The only downside we found were the tubs in the bathrooms as they were only able to be used on shower function, which made it harder to bath the kiddos then we had hoped as we had to use the hand held shower head to fill the tub versus having use of the faucet... but we got it done. We have stayed at this condo building 6 years ago and returned as we remembered we liked it... we stayed in this condo unit for the first time though... still great. If you like tennis, bring your rackets and balls... the court is great... always empty, but there are no provided equipment. We drove to further beaches that we knew we liked so I can’t really comment on the beach that is across the street, but there is close access should that be a beach you would like to frequent. Walking distance to a pub, sushi place, convenience store. The condo manager contacted me a couple times to make sure we arrived safe and that everything was going well. It was nice to know someone was there if needed. All in all, we had an awesome trip and this condo played a big part in our experience. Thanks again!

Stay at Kahana Villa

We enjoyed the stay at this property. The house .was for the most part clean, looked to be recently renovated, kitchen was well stocked up with pots, pans, plates, cups and even spices. Light switches were labeled as well. As a bonus, the house had beach toys which the kids absolutely loved using. If I were to nit pick on anything, the bathrooms are not renovated yet, and appeared old. But this is something that we were ok to look past. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
