This property has elevators for easy access. Unit H237 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The living room features a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The hotel-style bathroom, located by the front door, is designed with a bathtub/shower stall combo with a glass divider and sleek tile walls and floors. Step through the folding glass doors and onto your shared lanai to enjoy your home-cooked meals or dine inside on the countertop for two. Prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. To assist the A/C unit in regulating the temperature of the condo, ceiling fans are placed in the living area and bedroom.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
