It sits adjacent to the ocean which means the warm Maui ocean water is just steps away from your backdoor. FAQ
How many people can this home sleep? There are 10 master bedrooms which could accommodate 20 people. The bunk bed room can sleep an additional 8. There are also several sofa sleepers throughout the home that can accommodate at least another 8 people. The sky is the limit on sleeping arrangements to fit your needs!
How close is the water from the home? This home is ocean front with condo buildings to the north and south of it. Starting walking and count to 3 and you'll be in the water!
Where is this home located? This home is in West Maui, in the city of Lahaina. Set between Kaanapali and Kapalua.

Do you allow weddings, wedding dinners or parties? No. We respect the neighbors and will not allow any type of event at this home.
Can we arrange for a private chef? Absolutely. We can recommend multiple chefs or you can find your own.
Is there beach gear included? We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. If you want additional items like snorkeling gear or surfboards, it is best to rent them from a local shop close by. There are many in the neighborhood and beach items are very cheap with daily or weekly rental rates.
Is there an elevator on property? There is not an elevator on property.
Is this home a legal vacation rental, registered with the county of Maui? This home is one of only a handful on island that is zoned hotel. This means that we are exempt from the short term vacation rental registration laws. Unlike other properties that get shut down frequently, this sits on land that has the same zoning as the large resorts.
