« Throughout our entire 13-night stay, water continuously leaked from the shower into the toilet area, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation. We reported this issue to hotel management several times, but the only action taken was to clean up the water. No maintenance personnel or plumber was ever sent to investigate or resolve the underlying plumbing problem.
We repeatedly requested to be moved to another room, but our requests were never accommodated. We also asked for a...

« We don't come to Lagos for tourism , but mainly for business. We book premium hotels to have all facilities & confort to work .
The WiFi & internet connection was dreadfull when using VPN : impossible to work properly . Hours in front of the lap top with no results . Stress & large delay in my work were the results of having chosen this hotel !!! »

« Ive already wrote a review about my stay. This is my second stay and I want to say the staff is super attentive and willing to help you. I used the airport service this time and I was so happy that the driver was on time and dropped us in a safe drop off zone. Loved this part of the service. « The hotel is nicely located in a secure neighborhood in Maryland. However, it needs upgrades and consistent maintenance to keep up with the hospitality business in Nigeria, especially to attract foreigners looking for something cheap and modest. The food was well prepared, and the staff provided courteous service. The hotel manager was the main reason I stayed longer. She was available to make changes when I complained about my room. She is a nice person, and I think that is a plus for the...
