'Mooi, nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is zeer servicegericht en aardig. Ontbijt was heel goed en gelegen aan de rand van de binnenstad, waardoor alle voorzieningen op loopafstand zijn. Zeer ruime, mooie kamer, met een prettige badkamer. '

With the hotter weather while there are floor to ceiling windows/doors for ventilation, a nice addition might include fans that allow for airflow when the doors/windows are closed at certain times of day. 'Check-in was prompt, friendly and professional in the best German tradition. The parked, and our bags were taken to our room right away. Received a Suditrol pass, allowed free access to local trams and public transport as well as valuable information about local activities. The lobby is not grand - two chairs, a stool, some water and a dog water station. But do not be misled, as this is a five-star offering in terms of room and service. The two elevators are fast.
