'Very welcoming, house was great for our family. '

'This home was very clean, bright, stylish, and comfortable. Host was awesome to communicate with. We found parking easily. Really great place to stay for a couple nights!'

'This was the perfect property for me and the host was great. I will definitely try to rebook this one next time I'm in the area.'

'We only have two suggestions that would have made our stay even better:1-One side of the kitchen sink was not draining.2-The entrance door needs weatherstripping to seal better.Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience!'

'Comfortable and convenient- host was extremely responsive and house was perfect. No complaints and no concerns.'

'The space was exactly what we were looking for as a family of 3. We loved that the place came with a closed in yard so that our 1 year old could play outside. Our only preference would be a bigger bed/mattress. We slept decent, this one was just a bit smaller than we are used to at home. However, the pictures and description of everything were accurate. We were in a quiet neighborhood, even during the 4th of July weekend. We never had any reason to feel unsafe, but we did utilize the locks on...

'This was the perfect place for our stay. The access to the trolley and attractions was perfect. The house is clean and well maintained. The host was attentive and easy to work with.'

'We enjoyed the pool house, very nice and everything we need was here. Loved it'

'The beds were very comfortable. We were warned about the noise from the bar next door but it was not a problem at all. The property manager was quick to help us to resolve any issues we had. The place was super cute and exuded old New Orlesns charm. We were conveniently located near everything we needed to do and see.'

'The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you.'

'Real charming home! The layout is kind of awkward when you rent the entire place out, other than that, it's located in a walkable neighborhood with shops and a grocery store that are close. The owners were very accommodating and gracious. I recommend.'

'Great value and location'

'We could not have picked a better rental for our stay in New Orleans. This home was spacious, clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. The location was walkable to coffee shops, restaurants and a variety of other shops. The short walk access to the trolley made it easy to visit other sites in New Orleans. I and my family will definitely select this rental for future visits.'

'Everything was as described. Good, clean kitchen. Really appreciated the milk whipper. Super quiet at night but close to Freret action, so the area felt safe. Paul was very responsive and offered really useful advice on parking close to French Quarter. AC worked great, bathroom felt roomy and upscale. A great stay.'

'This is a beautiful property! I really like the open floor plan of the first floor and it was nice to have the grill and utensils available for our stay. Rags for handwashing dishes and outlets in the bathrooms would be my only criticisms. Nice Work!'

'Great communication and clearly signed expectations.'
