'The kitchen was amazing. Literally everything you would need to cook a hearty breakfast or gourmet dinners. Stunning view. Peaceful location. A great place for a couple of two people. The fold out bed had a mattress topper which made it super comfortable. Impeccably clean with a very responsive host. Off-street parking worked great. I hope my daughter gets accepted to Berkeley so I can stay there again!'

'We were very pleased with the place. It was as advertised, with an extremely comfortable main bed and extra spaces for kids. We found the bedding and towels to be excellent and ample for our family. The neighborhood is busy, but safe and quite interesting, with much to see and do even in walking distance. On street parking was no problem, even with our full size truck. Great communication and easy check in and out.'

'Perfect spot just off Solano Ave in Albany a few blocks past the Berkeley boarder. Super walkable to a bunch of great restaurants- American, Korean, szechuan, and more. The apartment is cute, super clean and quiet for being so close to Solano. Host is very quick to respond and was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed including an early check in. '

'The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for our needs. As expected in any major city, there was some occasional street noise which would have been the case anywhere (even high rise hotels). The decor had an artistic, gallery-like atmosphere. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond by offering great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and effortless.'

'Matt’s house was a lovely place to stay for discovering SF. Is central, close to many PIERS, next to little Italy, the iconic Coit Tower, and one of the most famous streets in the city. Matt is very easy going and responsive. The house have all the necessary for having a comfortable stay and he preserves amazing key moments in history of SF in his walls. Plus you have an amazing view of the city from a little beautiful garden where you can enjoy every now and then some breakfast. It really felt...

'Enjoyed our stay. Hosts we're very welcoming, met us at the property and acquainted us to the home. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, and hosts provided some snacks, tea, and coffee as well. The house is a short walk from public transport. Also in walking distance from a park with play structure for kids. Only downside was bathrooms, which have very little to no counter space.'

'I think this was our fourth stay in the appointment at La Loma Avenue. It is always a pleasure to stay with Susan and Greg. Their hospitality and friendlyness really makes it a great place to stay. You can walk to the university, to great shopping and cafes (eg Cheese Board!). And the view to the Bay is amazing! I hope that we will get the opportunity to return in the future.'

'The unit was quiet despite being on a busy street, very clean, had everything we needed, and was close to campus for our gathering. VERY responsive and accomodating to phone call requests. They allowed us to drop off luggage early and solved a heating problem the day we called. Plus there is a great coffee shop within walking distance'
