'This is just a glorified old ski condo bedroom. There's a microwave in the fridge but no dishes and no utensils. The rug going into the bathroom is pulled away from the floor and if you step on it with bare feet you get rug tacks in your toes. There's only a single door between the next unit and you can hear everything their TV their conversations. The sliding door barely works you really have to fight with it to open and close it. I would not recommend this place.'

'Screen to front door was broken. Two bulbs above bathroom sink not working without replacement bulbs available. Bulb over ceiling light in bathroom not working. Shower curtain in bathroom stained from ? Mildew?? Kitchen oven dirty. Utensil holder in drawer dirty. Pictures available. I notified Maverick Management Co. who responded saying they would notify their team, however no one came to unit. This was the first AND last time I will use VRBO.'

'Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions. '

'This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...
