A hallway that leads to the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. French windows behind the sofa lead out onto a shaded veranda. This acts as an extension to the sitting room as it has a sofa, armchairs and a coffee table. Back inside, the kitchen is off the main living area, separated by a breakfast bar. It is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.

The lovely exterior space encourages life al fresco. Guests have exclusive use of the private, outdoor pool (open 15th May - 31st October) as well as a fenced garden, which is ideal for children or pets to play safely.

Location
In the quiet village of Vinež, the house is only a 5-minute drive from the historic town of Labin. Here visitors can wander through its old cobbled streets and enjoy the delicious local cuisine in one of the many restaurants. The beaches of Rabac are a 10-minute drive. Rabac is known as the “Pearl of Kvarner”. Here you will find crystal-clear sea, ideal for scuba diving and many other water sports.

Away from the water, there are many activities close by for all ages. Visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac; hike through stunning countryside or go horse riding.

For self-catering Labin’s daily market is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks, pharmacies and all the amenities necessary for a relaxed holiday.

The ancient city of Pula (45 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheatre is a must. There are many other Roman sites to explore, as well as the seafront and antique harbour.

Pula International Airport is just 40 minutes away.
