On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, which serves as a decorative element, and provides direct access to the balcony. A large, open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the main living space. 1 double bedroom with a private shower and WC is also located on this floor, along with a separate WC. The upper floor features a gallery area, a second double bedroom complete with its own shower and WC, and a third room fitted with 1 single bed and 1 set of bunk beds, also served by a dedicated shower and WC. The south-facing balcony extends to 25 m2, while the patio offers a generous 40 m2 of outdoor space, both affording beautiful views of the mountains, the surrounding countryside, and the resort.
