'Hotel is netjes en de service is prima. De bell boy is erg behulpzaam. Het enige wat ik minder vond is dat het hele hotel ruikt naar eens sterke citroenachtige geur. Ze gerbuiken daarvoor een apparaat die de citroen smaak verspreid. Het is zo sterk dat je er soms misselijk van kan worden. Wat ik ook jammer vind, is dat het hotel geen afgesloten badkamer heeft. Nit erg handig en weinig haken om je kleren op te hangen. '

'What I didn't like is dishonesty. I drank two beers 175 rupees each) from the mini bar. One on Wednesday and one on Thursday. During check out I mentioned it and asked to pay. The staff printed a statement that read 3 beers. I complained and they kept saying I drank 3 beers. My wife confirmed I only drank two. My Uber was waiting so I paid in cash 2 beers (beer service fee taxes = 225 rupees each). I felt uncomfortable with the fact that they wanted to charge me extra by adding one more...

'We only stayed one night in this property. The location is excellent - very close to The Gate of India meaning that you can walk to a number of different places eg colaba causeway. The property itself is quite hidden away and doesn't look that impressive from the outside, however inside it is very well set up. It is quite small so not on the scale of much larger hotels. 'Even we had a delay the man of the hotel for the tranfer to the hotel was still waiting for us. Thank you. The checkin was quick and the room clean and nice. We had a good stay at the hotel. The next morning they also arranged the transfer to the domestic terminal. We had a very good experience here.'

'The Hotel Shubhangan is in a great location in Mumbai, within easy walking distance of Carter Road and Bandra (W). The hotel itself has great service, clean and well-appointed rooms (very comfortable beds), with a nice restaurant on the ground floor and hot Indian breakfast. Fantastic!
"I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. The Taj palace is not a hotel, its a beyond experience! Breakfast was nice, food at the restaurants very good! I told them that it was a surprise and they got rhem valloons and flowers and chocolat. Wow, did not expect such a fantastic service! We dont have words to describe the beauty, the service and kindness level! Thank you Taj!"
