« Staff was very inviting all shifts during my stay. »

« The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged. »

« The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs. »

« Bel Hôtel. Fréquenté par une clientèle d'affaires et de familles. Très bien tenu, propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la proximité avec l'I-10 ne pose aucun problème de bruit. Il faut noter que les chambres possèdent des cuisines avec évier, micro-onde, vaisselle et lave-vaisselle. La climatisation est particulièrement silencieuse, ce qui est peu souvent le cas dans ce type d'établissement. Les lits sont confortables. L’hôtel est récent et bien tenu. Propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur....

« The room was Ok, in the restroom there were holes in the wall between the shower and the door, the toilet paper holder was broken, there were little roaches crawling around in the restroom, there was no water pressure in the shower. The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door. »

« The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking wasn't bad and we were in walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel had that fresh new hotel scent (iykyk). The receptionist were very nice and helpful. My room refrigerator did not work. I called to the front desk hours before the maintenance guy came to fix the refrigerator.There was no point to come in my room to fix the refrigerator when we were leaving in the morning. The a/c unit is old, not on the wall it's underneath the...

« Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor. »
