« it was ok »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the sunroom was a favorite spot to relax and the air conditioning kept the house cool even on hot days. It was also nice to see family friendly touches like a playpen available in the laundry room. The host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The layout of the home is unique, which give it character, though it took us a little while to figure out some of the light switches and ceiling fan controls. The only downsides were the beds,...

« It was a nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had to switch rooms initially because the lock on our first door wouldn't stay locked but the staff was very accommodating for this. The breakfast was decent and had lots of good hot choices. The location is spot on. The pool area was a little less clean than I would have liked and I didn't spend as much time there as I would have normally if it had been cleaner but overall a nice hotel. »

« Staff »

« Parking was good and staff was nice, but the upkeep of the property as a whole needs attention. My room smelled moldy and the furniture pieces were super dingy. The pillows were terrible. »

« Outdated, beds ok »

« Propre , mais manque de personnel qualifiés .......... »

« Stayed for 5 nights, but the room was only cleaned once. When we complained to the front desk on our last night they said we had opted out of room cleaning. We were never asked at check in or any other time. When we then asked for partial refund we were told it was not possible because we booked the room with a third party. Not cool Marriott. »
