'We were welcomed friendly at the house, made a early check in possible. This was a great help.The house is outdated hasn't had proper maintance, beds are terrible. 2 rooms out of 4 have a airco.The living room was oke, couch has holes.Kitchen has everything you need, had a problem with the boiler,but this was very vast fixed. 'Cette villa colonial est belle que de l'extérieur. Des travaux de rénovation sont indispensables dans toutes les pièces. Il n'y a pas de couchage pour 14 personnes, le canapé lit est tout cassé, la chambre du bas renferme dans son plafond tous les moteurs de clim impossible de fermer l'œil. Certaines chambres du haut ne possèdent pas la clim. Nous avons du déboucher tous les éviers en achetant du produit, la robinetterie est à changer il y a des fuites. 'Pros: Uitstekende locatie, maar 100 meter van de zee. Rustige buurt en precies tussen Cambrils en Salou in. Je kunt dus de drukte zo opzoeken. De villa was ook uitstekend. Nette en ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden en 3 goede badkamers. De keuken is wat krap, maar alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Met de eigenaar is alles te overleggen. Op onze vertrekdag ging onze vlucht pas om 18.30 uur. We mochten zonder extra kosten tot 15 uur blijven. Wij komen volgend jaar zeker weer terug.'

'Wij zijn zeer goed ontvangen; het contact via de app verliep prettig en vlot. In overleg met de eigenaren mochten wij de woning eerder betreden dan oorspronkelijk gepland. Uiteindelijk werd onze aankomst alsnog later dan voorzien, maar dit was geen enkel probleem. De woning beschikt over twee keukens, beide voorzien van vaatwassers, ovens en diverse keukengerei. Daarnaast is er een Nespresso-apparaat beschikbaar voor gebruik.'

We were let down by the fact that it wasn’t equipped to sleep 10 people.We had to put 3 toddlers in one room and our 13 year old had to sleep in the room with her parents, which wasn't ideal.Also there was a lack of information ie taxi numbers, supermarkets etc Our electricity went off and after a few messages I eventually got in touch with someone and an electrician was quick to appear and sort the problem. 'Eingangsbereich mit kaputten Fliesen versehen. Dreckige Küche inkl. dreckigen Geschirr. Kein Licht im Flur (Treppenaufgang). Terrassentür, das Gitter sowie der Rollo war nicht funktionsfähig. Bei Ankunft waren keine Liegen vorhanden, die uns aber nach einer Woche nachgeliefert wurden. Die Couch und die Betten waren dreckig und durchgelegen. Fliegengitter waren teilweise kaputt. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen. '

'Leuk verblijf, accommodatie was deels verouderd, maar zeker in orde. Twee badkamers wel aan de kleine kant (bij 1 moet je over de wc stappen om in de douche te kunnen). Dat was het enige min-puntje.'
