Original Summer House near the beach

The house was built in the 90s as an independent home within an architectural complex declared of Cultural Interest, belonging to the same owner. The use of traditional materials and care, the games of light, the setting and the views, make this house a unique space very personal and completely differentiated from other offers nearby. The space is divided into two large floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, a living room equipped with two single beds and bathroom. On the upper floor, another space with double bed and sitting area and fireplace. The rooftop is conditioned with a pleasant pergola. The frame is rustic and the equipment is simple but sufficient to offer a pleasant stay. It is a perfect setting to enjoy a quiet environment but at the same time well connected with the beach. The rental entitles the use of a private pool shared with another house that is rented on the same property.
