Since we have only one day left in our stay, we want to formally share our concerns and request a partial refund based on several significant issues we experienced during the week.First, the internet service has been inconsistent and unreliable, affecting both the internet and TV. We had no access for approximately 18 hours upon arrival, and the service went out again two days later. Your provider identified issues with the router and indicated that new equipment and parts were needed—problems that should have been addressed before guests arrived. Cynthia was very helpful in arranging a temporary workaround so we could at least have service for Thanksgiving Day, and we appreciate her support. However, the repeated outages and lack of dependable internet/TV access significantly disrupted our stay. Second, several maintenance concerns were never addressed despite assurances that staff would come by. We reported beeping fire alarms with low batteries, a leaking wine fridge, and a kitchen faucet that is not properly anchored and wobbles from the base. We were told someone would stop by to resolve these items, yet no one followed up.Additionally, we encountered black bugs in the home. Although we were told that someone would bring a spray for us to use, no follow-up occurred here either.Lastly, the kitchen—described as gourmet—was not consistent with that standard.
