The Space:

This is a large one bedroom condo, 762 St FT, the main bedroom has a king size bed and alrge walk in closet. There is a work desk within the bedroom, TV and extra bedding. The Main living room has a queen size sofa sleeper bed, TV and fireplace (Fireplace may be turned off for safety), large full kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer and basic pots, pans and cookware. Keurig coffee maker and a starter supply of a few pods to get you going. Stacked washer and dryer unit for your use next to kitchen area. Patio or terrace outside with a couple chairs and small table.

Casitas Las Rosas complex has 4 swimming pools and 4 hot tubs for your use, all pools may not be available everyday but you have many to choose from. Close to the La Quinta Wellness Center fitness facility which offers day rates for $10. Easy parking and walking distance to Old Town La Quinta shops and Restaurants
