"The front desk staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and speak flawless English so it was easy to get directions and recommendations. We really liked our inside room for the added quiet. On another stay we had a room facing the street and the late night party noise and the early morning birdsong made rest difficult without ear plugs."

"This was our second stay at Ysuri and we will be coming back for a third stay. Whether on a romantic getaway or family trip (we have done both) it is a great fit. Units available in many sizes to fit your needs. The ocean views, proximity to town for endless dining options, and ability to wake up and surf make this an ideal location. We appreciate that it’s a few blocks out of the town center chaos and noise. Staff have been accommodating and units clean. Some units have elevator access but some do not and may require up to an 80 stair climb to access. We have fun with this and build it into our workout routine but if mobility is a concern of yours ask the hotel for a room with elevator access. The hotel is built up against a hill so expect some stairs/hills regardless. "

"Went for our honeymoon and it was such a nice hotel. Just outside of the town the hotel and beach was super quiet and nice. Beautiful views from the rooms and pool. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. We had such a good time and the food was amazing too. Can’t wait to go back again and stay there for longer "

"The property was amazing and the dorm rooms offered some privacy too! The area around the hostel is great and offers a lot of dining options. The hostel offered a lot of activities and they were great!! Especially lorena did a great job during my stay and was so much fun! I loved her activities and she entertained us a lot! "Fue mi primera vez visitando la peñita de jaltemba, reserve mediante Expedia y resultó fantástico, todo muy bien desde las camaristas, hasta los recepcionistas la gente del restaurante sin duda alguna volvería a ese lugar muy recomendado, cuartos muy bien super limpios y con lo básico para no querer salir del hotel, su alberca que tiene un toque salado primera en su existencia que veo me super encantó el hotel"
