We will NEVER Stay here again. Bad reception, bad attitude.
Upon arrival we saw a sign that said complimentary plug in for electric vehicles. In reality it is not. You have to get an app and then pay. It's accessible but not complimentary.
When I asked about a room with a view of the St. Lawrence river, I was upruptly told that since I booked with Expedia she could not change my reservation. Expedia was her client not me. Since I booked with a 3rd party she was not doing any changes nor offered a way of doing this. Her attitude clearly demonstrated that she was not happy with us booking with Expedia and made me feel like we did wrong by using Expedia. Yet I was the one giving her my credit card.
The room says superior. The room is a standard room in all other hotels.
The shower for 2...it is the right size for 2 but the shower is for people requiring assistance, which is not mentioned, and the shower curtain was so short you could flood the floor if you were not careful.
We were on the first floor. We could hear the guests walking above us. Even when they used water accessories.
The coffee k-cups in the room. If you want more than 1 coffee each you have to buy a second k-cup. You almost pay $200 per night and you are allowed 1 coffee, 1 k-cup each person per day.
In closing, the rooms are clean as well as the grounds. There was no carpet in our room which is a plus.
