Het zwembad was helaas gesloten, dit stond niet op de site. De douche was erg oud, beschimmeld/slechte voegen/kit. Ontbijt was prima maar de glazen en bestek niet echt schoon. Verder wel een ruime kamer met lekker bed.

Groot hotel voorzien van alle gemakken. Het personeel had er duidelijk minder zin in, onvriendelijke receptie en de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt ondanks ons verzoek dit wel te doen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor Gibraltar en goede restaurants in de buurt. Matige bedden in de hotelkamer.

Heel goed uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet! Verder net hotel, nette kamer, nette badkamer, voorzijde mooi uitzicht vanaf balkonnetje over de haven. Parkeren kan eenvoudig in de buurt, kost paar euro in de parkeermeter. Heel goede uitvalsbasis om Gibraltar te bekijken. Je kunt lopend naar de grens en in Gibraltar de bus nemen. 's avonds heeft het hotel ook een lopend buffet voor € 14,- ex drankjes. Was o.k.

Excellent location to visit Gibraltar and linea de la Concepcion. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing. My only suggestions is to provide AC no matter the seasons. We practically suffocated and dehydrated in the room. We select the hotel with AC included. Also, open windows or doors the whole day limited your privacy and expose you to robbery from neighbor balconies.

The location works great as a base for a day trip into Gibraltar since the border is about a 10-15 min walk. However, I think calling this an upscale hotel is really misleading and is more accurately a 2-star hotel. The building and the room were dilapidated and outdated. The room was very dusty with moderate to heavy staining on the bedside tables and the bathroom countertop. There was a dirt shoe print near the balcony door and a hair inside the electric kettle.

Todo fantástico. Hubo despiste en depsrtamento de pisos. No avisamos porque nos quedamos una noche y lo vimos al meternos en la cama ya tarde y ver wue faltaba la sàbana bajera por lo que tuvimos que dormir entre la manta y la sábana. Y en el armario había una botella de agua vacía. Además de pelusa debajo de la mesa. El salón sí estaba hecho y el baño también. La habitación olía a cañería ( lo cual no es culpa del depsrtsmento de pisos claro) avisé a la recepción a mi llegads y ambientsron la habitación apaliando un poco el olor. Gracias

Within 10 mins walking distance from the Spain-Gibraltar border and La Línea bus station. Useful as a ‘stopover hotel’ when travelling from Gibraltar to other parts of Andalusia to avoid the exorbitant hotel rates in Gibraltar. Fairly close to La Línea centro if you need to grab food. No facilities so to speak but generally a clean and pleasant hotel.

Maior decepção que tive em toda a viagem. O quarto cheirava a canos, havia uma pequena barata dentro da banheira, mau isolamento acústico ( ouvia-se tudo o que se passava nos quartos ao lado e tanto em cima como no restaurante por baixo), paredes do quarto sujas e inclusive uma marca de um sapato do tecto do quarto. Mobília velha e em mau estado. A única coisa que salva de receber 1 estrela é o pequeno almoço que era bom. A não repetir

Gibraltar border stay
Friendliness of staff was excellent and the location of the hotel is right on the border of Gibraltar, meaning walking across is very easy. The rooms are old in style and whilst clean, cigarette butts on our balcony showed a lack of attention to detail. We booked half board, expecting a restaurant with choice and perhaps as is fairly common, a value to use against other parts of the menu. What we got was a sparse room of random coffee tables, with a television showing sport in the corner. The menu was a choice of 3 items per course, mostly quite niche items like rabbit for eg. The hotel has excellent car parking facilities and all staff encountered were excellent on reception and in the eating area. I think we expected more.

Excellent value for money, spacious, good location
Easy check in, secure parking under hotel, spacious room, nice shower, balcony. Very handy 15 mins walk Gibraltar airport and 5 mins from shops, bars, restaurants in La Linea Good value, handy bar/restaurant on first floor.

This hotel is a bock and a half from the bus station at La Lina de Conception. We had a direct view of the Rock of Gibraltar. We walked to Gibraltar and took the van tour of the mountain located just outside Customs. Great hotel for everything.

Better value than Gibraltar
Perfect hotel for visiting Gibraltar, about 800m from border, with no real issues crossing over, far cheaper than staying in Gibraltar. Not much going on near the hotel, but enough bars, restaurants nearby. Would recommend requesting a 'rock' view room, much better view. Hotel is 4 star, but that is stretching it a bit, its a little dated, but very clean and friendly. Breakfast buffet is worth including.

Bed not particularly comfortable, 2 very small cups of different sizes for tea/coffee. Only 1 sachet of breakfast tea and 2 of coffee so good job we didn't want drink at night and in the morning. Shower in bathroom leaked all over bathroom floor when used leaving it soaking wet. Shower curtain needs replacing with one which keeps water in.

Very nicely located.
Great place just a couple hundred meters from Gibraltar border. Rooms have balconies with sunshine a good part of the day. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay there aqain!

Handy Gibraltar and La Linea. Good value
Nice hotel, easy access from Gibraltar airport, 10 minute walk, near shopping and restaurants in La Linea. Cheap on site parking, close to car rentals. Good value for spacious room, hot shower, very friendly and fast check in.
