'Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.'

'Beautiful hotel. We loved the location close to the beautful shops, restaurants and easy walk to ski slopes. Gorgeous luxury spa area, beautiful rooms. Cost alpine featured and stunning furnishings and loved the tartan wall paper! Restaurant for dinner and breakfast fantastic. Everything we requested they were so helpful and accomodating, especially around Christmas. '
