'2 small buildings with a few, very nice apartments that are perfectly located: 2 minutes walk from the beach with its swimming section, and 5 minutes from boutiques and bars. A sweet garden, and a garage to park. Ideal for families and kids! Reactive service very appreciated as well. Strongly recommend, the best quality/cost ratio in Pacific Beach. Enjoy!'

'Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.'

'It was a great place. 1 block from the beach. They only have one reserve parking place. We had 2 cars. Pacific beach is very busy. So to find a parking place is kinda hard. You have to wait at least till 4 or 5 pm to find one. We managed and found one. We loved this place.'

'Fantastic views of the ocean from the balcony. The weather was great so we were able to have all the windows open and enjoy the ocean air. Great location for walking and access to ocean. Only thing missing was dressers for storage. '

'Cute apartment. Only 5 units. It’s walkable to beaches but not recommended after a long day in the sun. It would be up hill with all your belongings. Accommodations were average. Thin pillows. No sheets for the hide-a-bed. Very little cookware if you planned on making meals. Plenty of towels but a little too much bleach. Lots of shops (grocery too), restaurants, and tattoo shops around. Awesome little ice cream place around the corner. Street parking wasn’t bad. Mostly quiet at night. '

'I have stayed here several times and was familiar with the area before that. I always have a nice stay and have no complaints at all- has everything I want or need for remote work and relaxing. It was hot this week and like nearly every place beachfront, there is no AC but there were plenty of floor stand and table top fans that were very helpful and more than adequate for me. My ratings are based on expectation vs reality and this place is exactly as advertised and overall just wonderful. It's...
