Villa Suzanne is an exceptional holiday villa located in La Garde Freinet (Provence-Alpes/Côte d’Azur). This house has a unique location in the middle of lovely natural surroundings, with the sea and beach in lively Saint-Maxime, Grimaud or Saint-Tropez about 10km away.



In the morning you can walk to the bakery in the very typical and charming town of La Garde Freinet with its delicious little restaurants, lovely shops and very Provençal atmosphere. Delightful!



The holiday house in on a hillside offering fabulous panoramic views of the natural surroundings and the town. The many terraces and quality outdoor furniture make it too good to be true.



The outdoor kitchen is fully-fitted (barbecue, induction cooker, sink) allowing you to have a lovely dinner at the large table on the covered terrace while enjoying the wonderful view.



A fine way to relax is by the heated swimming pool (9,4 x 4,25 m - 145cm depth - heated from May 1st), or by enjoying a drink at the pool house bar (fridge, dishwasher) at the large refectory table. Try the sauna (available from 15/11 until 15/03) or just enjoy the view. A delightful moment guaranteed with family or friends.



Playing around with the children in the large garden and have a game of pétanque. Villa Suzanne offers it all. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes magical thanks to the many lights.



The interior is also something to write home about. The fittings are luxurious, modern and special care was given to detail. Everything has been looked into and quality materials were used.



The large living room with lovely views and a romantic little balcony is delightful. The exceptional kitchen is a dream for foodies. The kitchen has big sliding windows that lead out to a covered terrace with a lovely outdoor kitchen.

Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.45/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.
