Also very close to Lake Monnerie, where you can enjoy a fine sandy beach, the leisure center is the perfect playground for young and old. Also appreciated for its fishing lake and bird sanctuary, the site is sure to please walkers and nature lovers.

The maximum occupancy is 6 people; no additional guests will be accepted day or night.

The cottage is not a reception venue for family gatherings or other parties of more than 6 people. This chalet is offered in its entirety, with private parking on a 1400m² plot with direct access to the river. A fence secures access to the Loir River. Fishing is permitted with a daily, weekly, or annual permit.
Access to the 27m² terrace from the living room offers a view of the river. A pétanque court is also available.

A griddle is provided.

You will find a living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, and internet access. The kitchen/dining room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, pressure cooker, and raclette grill.

Upon request, baby equipment (travel cot and/or high chair) can be provided. Board games are available.

Two bedrooms with one double bed (140x190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm). A bathroom with a vanity unit (hairdryer available) and a separate toilet.

Cleaning fee: €70 (the worktop, dishes, kitchen appliances, and griddle must be cleaned even if the cleaning fee has been paid).
Linens, bed linen, and towels are included; beds will be made upon arrival.
