This cottage is suitable for a family with young children since it is fenced or a group of friends. This cottage is air-conditioned and also has a fireplace with insert for a small fire in winter. Everything is practically on the ground floor except for a child's bedroom upstairs. This gîte is also suitable for people with reduced mobility because the bedrooms are on the ground floor as well as the bathroom.
The ground floor is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people and a lounge area with television; 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140x200) + 1 single bed (90x190) + storage cupboard, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 separate toilet, 1 sleeping area possible with a sofa bed for 2 people. Upstairs, bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds (90x190) + chest of drawers.
You benefit from the large secure 12mx6m swimming pool to share as well as the tennis court, the pétanque court and the ping-pong tables also to share. We provide you with tennis rackets and balls, ping-pong rackets and balls as well as pétanque balls.
