Je hebt de gehele woning helemaal voor jezelf en hoeft dus alleen met je reisgezelschap te delen.

Waterfront, hot tub, wildlife, quiet, sunsets.

Three-plus bedrooms, three-bath waterfront house. Semi-secluded cove, extra lot for family outdoor games. Hot tub with a view of the water, islands and mountains. Freshly painted, new wood floors and windows.

Tastefully decorated with local artwork. Elegant and simple. Two queen-size beds with down comforters, (also non-allergenic available) one queen-size futon, and one single bed. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Dining table seats six. Bar stools seat four. BBQ supplies provided. As of August 2025 new living-room furniture. Photos soon. Kid and pet friendly.

PETS: MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Maximum one pet - must be under 20 lbs and non-shedding. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and are $30 per night.

VRBO placed an AI generated description on the first page that indicates we have a garden. We do not. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

Vacant lot next door offers further privacy as well as extra parking. There is a vacant house on it. We are not responsible should someone enter and harm themselves.

ABSOLUTE QUIET IN HOT TUB AFTER 9:00 p.m. Noise is amplified by the water.

(NOTE ON RATES: We charge $350 a night for two people and charge an extra $30 per night per person for additional people. Please indicate number of guests when filling out booking or you will get a different rate.)

La Conner offers shopping, Tulip Festival in April, Art's Alive in the fall, The Farm Festival, fine restaurants and antique shopping. Nearby Anacortes offers hiking trails and kayak rentals. Great walk at Kukutali Preserve two miles from the house.

We are kid and pet friendly but we are not childproof nor pet proof. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. Hot tub is not fenced. We are not responsible for accidents on the property, use at your own risk.

The adjoining lot (for your use) has an access-way to the beach that is public. Occasionally, rarely, it is used by the public.

Tippingrock is located across Skagit Bay from the Whidby Island Naval Air Station. The navy/air force practice formations during the week. Sometimes they are over La Conner, other times they are further south or north and we don't hear them. They do not fly Friday night, Saturday or Sunday. Some folks enjoy the formations, other don't like the noise. We want you to be informed as we never know when, or if, they will be flying (except NOT on weekends.)

You will receive directions and key information from VRBO's "Welcome Guide" 3 days before check in. Please review directions we send as GPS can get you lost.

Lovely clean property with amazing views, spent most of our stay in the hot tub hovering over the water. We loved the art and cd music collection. Plenty of towels and bedding. Well equipped kitchen.The house worked well for our family of 4, parents with 2 teens, and small dog.

This house is the perfect spot for reconnecting with friends and family. Great spaces for visiting. Perfect views. Plenty of room. The host was great and very responsive.One small thing: many plugs need replaced. They are so loose that plugs fall out. Not a big deal, just a detail.

Location is amazing. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Lots of space. Hot tub is perfect temperature but VERY strong chlorine. We had trouble breathing it was so strong at first. Maybe dial this back a bit. Kitchen was amazing, everything we needed. Enjoyed the Audobon magazines and the cd's. The kitchen backsplash mosiacs are gorgeous. One note: please trim the bushes around the parking area. It was very tight getting in and out of the car when the bee's were so very close. I would love to come back .

If you have not stayed on the inland waters of the Salish Sea, this is a lovely place to come and experience the NW at its finest. The view is captivating and the setting is serene. The home is older and is eclectic in its choices however, it has comfy beds, ample bathrooms, and a nice hot tub (be sure to follow the suggestion to check the breaker daily to see if the tub is heating). All in all, it was a lovely stay.

This is a very nice property in a most beautiful place. At first I was confused because VRBO listed this as being on Whidbey Island, which it is not. However I think we enjoted it much more. The quietness of the area and ease of getting to the island cant be beat. We are hoping to go back next year and stay longer. We were very happy with the communication we had with the owner and he answered all our questions very quickly. Thanks for a great sray.

Wonderful location to relax, visit the Sunday Skagit Valley Farmer's Market, Quilt Museum and MoNA in La Conner, sit at Martha's Bea, hike the nearby Kukatali Preserve State Park Heritage Site, enjoy the rhythm of the tides and the textures of the tidal flats. Thanks for sharing your special place!

Beautiful views of the water except when tide went out then it’s mud flats.Beautiful, unique artwork throughout home.Property manager Judy was extremely responsive.Roomy house with multiple levels (stairs/sunken living room).Comfortable beds!A big clock in the kitchen would be helpful.We purchased measuring cups, Pyrex cooking glassware, coat hangers and dryer sheets.Washer/dryer very nice!Air conditioning was most welcome on those hot days .No ironing board so Judy brought one over.One small TV in living room - no TV in bedrooms. Coukd not log into YoutubeTV app because Samsung administrator ID and password were needed but unavailable. We saw Netflix and Amazon Prime apps on the TV but didn’t log in. House is very old and is in need of a deep cleaning! Dust on fan, cobwebs on most screens (which were very unique) and there were some dirty surfaces. There were two ant traps - one on each of the bathroom floors.Loose outlets.Old plumbing - toilets flushed very slowly and bathroom sinks were slow to drain.Jacuzzi tub upstairs worked well.This home is on the Indian Reservation. The empty lot next door (to the north) has an abandoned home and there is public access to the beach - On occasion, strangers and kayakers were seen walking the easement next to the Vrbo property to the beach.The home was spacious and larger than most Vrbo’s and had 4 bedrooms which was nice!Thanks Judy for everything! Overall our stay was pleasant. Good location for the wedding we were attending and you can’t beat the views. Amazing water views. Some things I wish I had known ahead of time as I was traveling with my 80 year old parents:1 - house has multiple levels inside and out, lots of steps and sunken living room. Would be hard to traverse if needing ADA. 2 - stone around fireplace also posed a trip hazard3 - not a private area, had lots of people walking by the house to use stairs down to the beach, looking right into dining area.

Perfect getaway weekend

A few friends wanted to get away for a quiet, relaxed weekend and this was the perfect place for it. It was perfectly peaceful to watch the tide and the local fauna - we saw deer, eagles and a seal. The beds were comfy, the kitchen reasonably well stocked and checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely stay at this property again for a quiet weekend with a small group.

Fun Visit

We had a great time here. Incredible views and quiet neighborhood. It had just about everything we needed. We were a little nervous about some of the minor damages and stains on carpets there because we didn't want the owner to think we did those things. And a few things needed repairs. Otherwise, nice stay. Appreciated the AC and the heat options! The sound of the waves was hard to beat!

What a treat!

Loved this stay. Better than advertised. We so enjoyed the fireplace, watching the tides, sunsets in the hot tub, and the wildlife. There’s a rabbit or two, a racoon and so many birds…even an eagle. Nearby La Conner has great restaurants. Hope to return!
