Tatiana: Modern villa with private pool

This house for 9 people is rented in l’Escala. It is 15 minutes walk (1.4 km) to Riells beach, restaurants and supermarket.

The Montgri Natural Park is 100 meters away and the historic center of l’Escala is 3 km away.

The accommodation is distributed over 2 floors, has a completely fenced garden with private pool (6 x 3 m and 1.10 - 1.60 m deep), dining table outside with barbecue and sun loungers .

The living room has air conditioning, TV with French channels and WiFi.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and utensils, has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 cm) each, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), and a bedroom with a high bed (135 cm) and a sofa bed for one person (120 cm). All bedrooms have air conditioning. All beds offer bedding, duvets or blankets and pillows.

There are 3 bathrooms in this accommodation: one with a bathtub and 2 with a shower.

The accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothesline with tweezers and private parking for one car. Pets are allowed (at an additional cost).
