Alba: Apartment on the seafront with views

Apartment in L’Escala with space for 5 guests and two terraces.

The accommodation is spread over two floors and has three bedrooms: one with a 150 cm double bed, another with a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, and a third in the attic with a single sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. All beds are supplied with bed linen, duvets or blankets, and pillows.

The living and dining room has a television and WiFi. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, including a ceramic hob, dishwasher and oven.

There is air conditioning in the living and dining room and in all bedrooms. The accommodation also has a heat pump for heating and cooling, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

There is one parking space for one car. Tall vans and long cars do not fit in the parking space.

It is a three-minute walk (100 m) from Las Barcas beach, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. L’Escala’s historic centre is 100 m away, and Montgrí Natural Park is 2 km away.

Dogs are welcome for a supplement of €10 per pet per night. A maximum of 2 dogs weighing up to 10 kg each are allowed.



Check-in: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays, holidays or late check in: contact the agency. The place to collect the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: The tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, crib, highchair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
