Unwind in the open living space that flows out onto your private balcony — a perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening drink. You’ll also enjoy modern touches like WiFi, air conditioning, a smart TV, and your own washer-dryer. A private underground parking space is included, making arrival stress-free.



The location couldn’t be better. With supermarkets, cafés, beach bars, and restaurants just around the corner, everything you need is within easy reach. Estepona’s charming marina is a pleasant walk away along the palm-lined promenade.

• April to September: 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

• October to March: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Access Details

Entry is permitted with a valid access key. No wristbands or additional passes are needed.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00

Please note, keys need to be collected from our office - Avenida Puerto del Mar 60, 29680, Estepona and returned on check-out.

Important Pool Safety Rule – No Glassware

Glass cups and bottles are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Broken glass in or near the pool is extremely dangerous and can cause serious injury. Please help keep the pool safe for everyone by following this rule.



💄👟 Please Be Kind to Our Towels! 🤍



Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

Please note that the parking area is accessed via a vehicle car lift. As with any mechanical equipment, occasional technical issues may occur.



If the lift is temporarily out of service, it may not be possible to remove your vehicle until it is operational again.



If you have an important or time-sensitive journey, such as travelling to the airport, we recommend allowing extra time and making alternative arrangements where necessary.



We will always do our best to assist, but cannot be held responsible for delays, missed travel arrangements or additional costs resulting from the temporary unavailability of the car lift.
