The apartment of 94m2 is in the center of l'Ametlla de Mar next to the beach and restaurants, 45km from Port Aventura and 30 minutes from Reus Airport. It is located on the second floor with an elevator and views of the harbor from the terrace. It has a communal area with garden and swimming pool open all year round. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and a single bed with a trundle bed. There are two bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, washing machine, fans, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
