'Kaika is een heel fijn hotel met schone ruime kamers. De bedden slapen heerlijk en de badkamer is ook ruim en schoon. Het personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk. Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige wijk, wat extra fijn is in een drukke stad als Tokyo. Dit is alweer mijn tweede verblijf en ik zal de volgende keer in Tokyo ook weer hier terugkomen. '

'Spacious and clean room, new towels delivered daily, and well equipped with kitchenware and washer/dryer. Easy check in/out. I didn’t realize in advance that luggage forwarding companies don’t deliver here but the Yamato office is only a 12 minute walk away. I would stay here again. '

'Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Ontbijt is prima. Ligging van het hotel is vlakbij station, bus en trein. Het hotel is erg schoon. De kamer en badkamer is vrij klein, maar dit schijnt in Tokyo gebruikelijk te zijn.'

'The hotel is close to the asakusabashi train station. Wich has conections throughout Tokyo including both airports. The staff was also absolutely amazing!'

'We stayed at Section L Kuramae last year (2024) for 5+ nights and again this year for 1 night before heading home. The overall check in process was easy and quick. We are a family of 4 so laundry, kitchenette, and all the other amenities were awesome(need) for us. We love how spacious it was. Since we stayed at a different area this year, we can compare the two. This location is more quiet, residential/ go home for rest. '

'Came for the sumo tournament in Sept and this is the perfect location! It is only a 6 min walk away and it is situated in a perfect location. In one direction, 2mins away is a 7-11.
