Die Lage ist soweit gut, es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker fußläufig in der Nähe, auch der Lissabon Airport ist nicht weit entfernt. Größere Einkaufszentren sind mit dem Bolt gut zu erreichen, wer sonst gerne läuft, kann vom Hotel aus auch gut nach Alfama laufen. 'Very convenient place, which is super close to Rossio where there is a train station. Super convenient for checking in/out, as it's human-contact-free. I arrived late and could just pick up the key. 'The panoramic living building is modern, well equiped and comfortable. Only a small walk to the Oriente station where metro, train and bus to all directions are available. The waterfront is also nearby. Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Parking is underground and safe. The apartment is huge, lots of space, modern and comfortable furniture, a complete kitchen, a large and long bed, airconditioning and flatscreen tv. 'Het was ons tweede verblijf bij CD. De studio's waren minder proper en vertonen mankementen (raam moeilijk te openen en sluiten, geen waterkoker voor thee, deurcode blokkeerde...). Wat renovatie is nodig! Dus niet meer echt tevreden, hoewel de locatie en de communicatie met personeel nog steeds uitstekend is.'
