'The place was pretty great. The room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. My only complaint was that my fridge didn’t work but that wasn’t too bad. It’s also very close to a large shopping street while being in the middle of town. Overall great place to stay.'

'The hotel has not been invested in for some time, which is a pity because it is on a great location with a great Onsen at the top floors. It definitely need some refurbishment to restore the old splendor that it clearly has. '
