« Clean room good water pressure hot water. Front desk staff made errors and didnt seem empathetic we had no housekeeping one day and a couple things were missed other days. The hotel accepted pets but didnt keep together so we heard them barking. Breakfast was disappointing. No hot items like eggs or meat »

« Clean and simple. Rooms had wooden floors which is good at the beach, Beds were clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge/freezer that worked well, microwave and small coffee maker. Plenty of towels that were thick and fluffy. TV with streaming platforms. No room key needed - uses key code sent to your phone at check-in. Would be nice to have some hooks on the wall for hanging beach stuff, and would be nice to have an ice machine on premises. Otherwise great! Bit of a walk to the beach -...

« It's a new building property and everything looks new, except the bed seems like your sleeping in a wave, should have a a firm cushion bed..I slept like 3 hours, for people that don't mind that issue, I guess it's ok.. »

« Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location was perfect to downtown Southport, ferry and local beaches. I’m just not a fan of in the style of air conditioning but it wouldn’t prevent us from coming back. »
