Brand new single-level villa in the heart of Tahko within walking distance of all services. Quality has not been compromised with this villa.

The destination is best suited for families, companies and couples. However, the holiday destination will not be handed over to the customer if all persons going to the holiday destination are under 25 years of age.

The wooden villa was completed in 2024, spacious kitchen, bedroom with double bed (160 cm), bedroom with 2 beds, 3. bedroom in the lower bunk of the bunk bed sleeping space for 2 people (width 140 cm). The upper bunk is 80 cm wide and is suitable for children only due to a weight limit.
Please note: the maximum number of guests allowed in the villa is is suitable for max. 6 adults + 1 child. is 6 people.
Utility room, washroom (2 showers), sauna (electric heater), hallway, 2 separate toilets.

A large glazed terrace (20m²) and an open terrace of the same size in front of the villa. The villa has water-circulating floor heating throughout and a cooling air heat pump in the summer. The light fireplace is located in the terrace. The gas grill is in use during summer time.

A charging station for hybrid and electric cars can be rented at the apartment Rental prices per car: €30.00 / weekend or €60.00 / week. The rental price is collected as a separate mobile pay payment and paid directly to the cottage owner
