« For a day stay is ok but not for many days of stay. Bed is too hard, hallway and stairs were not cleaned. Rooms doesn't have soap, it's like the staff do not prepare the rooms before the guest arrives. Restaurants workers do not smile and you have to call them before they attend to you. Maybe it is just a guest house and not a hotel so they have low standards. But the services are poor. »

« It wasn’t terrible, but the hotel is a bit far from the city center. The staff were attentive and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast was very poor. For six days, we kept eating omelet and bread. There were no slippers, tea, or coffee in the rooms—only a kettle. I honestly don’t understand what the kettle is for without tea or coffee. There was no shampoo in the bathroom either. The worst part was the constant noise coming from the water pump in the garden, which disturbed us all the time....
