« It was a beautiful stay staff were super helpful and accommodating The room was beautiful and clean great for one night »

« Hôtel simple mais bon. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well maintained, and well equipped. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Riva’s historic old town, so everything is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to...

« The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

« Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. »

« From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave. »

« Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful. »

« The hotel is reasonable and reasonably located. The problem is with the manager babur. Apparently he is the one who arranges transportation. We had requested him to arrange a transportation early in the morning to get the super fast train from kiva to bukhara and even though he confirmed it at 12:00 midnight, nothing showed up in the morning and that is very difficult in a place where people mainly speak Russian or Uzbek »
