The Space:

Kas Berde offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout across one level.



The villa has three spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning for comfortable nights, and three full bathrooms. The open kitchen directly adjoins the living room and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and ice maker. Outside you will enjoy a private garden, palapa-covered veranda and a beautiful pool deck around the lap pool, ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.

- No dryer: there is no dryer available, but thanks to Bonaire's constant sun and wind your laundry dries within hours

- No air conditioning in living room: bedrooms are beautifully cool with AC, while ceiling fans and sea breeze provide cooling in the living room



Guest Access:

As a guest of Kas Berde you have access to the entire villa, including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Additionally, you can enjoy the private garden, covered veranda and the infinity pool with pool deck. There is free parking on the premises and all facilities like BBQ and washing machine are at your disposal. To warmly welcome our guests and provide explanation about the accommodation and our beautiful island, we handle all arrivals personally. The Neighborhood:

Kas Berde is located in an upscale residential area just north of Kralendijk, known for its villa neighborhoods (including Crown Keys/Shores) along the rugged coast. Here you look out over the Caribbean Sea and reach popular dive sites like Andrea I and II in minutes. Sabadeco is beloved by peace seekers who want style and sea views, with sunsets you can catch right from your terrace. Luxury, space and direct coastal living are central.



Kas Berde is approximately 4.1 kilometers from Zhung Kong supermarket, 4.2 kilometers from Dive Friends Hamlet dive center, 1.5 kilometers from Oil Slick Leap, 9.5 kilometers from the center of Kralendijk and 4.5 kilometers from Rum Runners restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: A short drive from Kas Berde lies Oil Slick Leap, one of Bonaire's most unique dive sites. This special location gets its name from the oil-like layer that sometimes floats on the water surface, completely natural and caused by organic matter from the coral reef. Oil Slick Leap offers a fantastic diving experience for both beginners and advanced divers, with a gradual descent along a beautiful coral reef full of colorful fish. The water is usually crystal clear and access is easy from shore. A perfect place to start your diving adventure on Bonaire or sharpen your skills.



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Kas Berde. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.
