Hôtel situé au métro Mong kok east. Accessible via le centre commercial Moko où vous pourrez faire vos achats et vous restaurer (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner) Les chambres sont plutôt spacieuses (pour Hong Kong) Il y a une salle de sport, une grande piscine et un jacuzzi extérieurs, un sauna et un hammam non mixte dans les vestiaires avec douches. Malgré nos 2 passages de 2 nuits à l’hôtel, dommage que l’hôtel ne nous ait pas donné la possibilité d’un early check in le jour de notre arrivée vers 9h du matin (malgré les avoir prévenu bien longtemps en avance) Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et avions 2 grands lits individuels.

Très bon établissement situé dans un centre commercial avec accès direct au métro. Grande chambre avec belle salle-de-bains en marbre comprenant douche et baignoire séparées. Magnifique piscine de 40 mètres. Aucun service de petit-déjeuner : Vraiment dommage pour un établissement de ce standing, surtout que l’info, qui figure à présent sur le site EXPEDIA, n’était pas disponible lors de ma réservation.

C'était un magnifique hôtel
C'était un magnifique hotel.. Pour faire court, il n'y plus de petit déjeuner possible (sauf le week-end) la piscine est fermée 3 x par jours, le bar a disparu.. bref un hôtel que j'éviterais à l'avenir. C'est dommage car il est très bien situé..

Hotel is connected to the mall and mongkok east station so it offers convenient to get to places by mtr. Rather disappointed with the beds which are hard, toilet is small and amenities are only average for a 5 star hotel. I stayed with my family in family deluxe, will recommend to stay in 2 bedrooms instead especially if there are 4 pax.

The Royal Plaza Hotel is a great base for exploring the western part of Kowloon, with easy access to the metro, traditional markets and food stalls, and modern shopping malls. Guest rooms are smart, modern, and spacious by Hong Kong standards, with great city views and stylish bathrooms. The hotel has a lot to do on site, including a huge pool, play grounds, restaurants, and a cocktail bar.

Fantastic location in Mong Kok, next to MOKO Mall & MK East station. It is so convenient & close to get to the Ladies market, Flower market, Goldfish market. Lots of places to eat. The connecting over bridge is so easy to walk & get the MK MTR & places to eat. Staff are friendly, services were impressive. Family rooms are clean, big & private. Gym & pool services are also fantastic. Highly recommended

部屋はスイートでかなり満足でした。 朝食付きでしたが、毎朝同じもの中から、クロワッサン、デニッシュ、オートミール粥、肉類(ソーセージ、ベーコンなど、スモークサーモン)、飲み物、１つずつ、ジャンルで選ぶもので連泊してくると選ぶものも少なく朝食が少し残念でした。 他の外国人も残してたので、自分たちだけでなくみんな不満だったのかと感じました。私達は、もちろん残さずに食べないとと思って失礼ないように残さず綺麗に食べました。

朝食付きのプランだったが、朝食は8:30〜と遅め。 部屋から、どこのレストランへ行けばいいのか電話でフロントの男性に聞いたが、ガンガン英語で喋ってくれて、こちらが聞き取れずにいると、お構いなしに電話を切られた。 フロントまで行って、若い女性に聞いたら丁寧に教えてくれました。 フロントの手前に、いつもメガネの太った男の人がいる。もっと愛想良くならんかね。何を言っても冷たく愛想がない。こちらがニコリとしていても、笑わない。 朝食はブッフェではなく選択式。 おいしかった。 総じて、施設は綺麗で良いが、フロントマンの愛想が悪い。
