Mooie ligging aan de wandelpromenade - heel vriendelijk personeel - uitgebreid ontbijt - mooi zwembad - goede verbinding via metro - metrohalte vlakbij - ruime kamers - onderhoud kan beter, maar volgens mij wel oké volgens Hong Kong normen 😉 wij komen hier nog terug

Just Awesome!!! What an exceptional five-star experience did we have – luxury, comfort together with an impeccable service and the harbour/waterfront view room offering an incredible view. To further extend this experience was the hotel’s a rooftop amazing infinity swimming pool and the fully equipped fitness centre offering a panoramic view overlooking Victoria Harbour. A perfect fitting place for a relaxing after the day’s city exploration. Location – We greatly appreciate the easy access from the international airport via the Airport Express and the free bus shuttle train. To add to this the location of was just perfect – in the water fronted quite area of Whampoa with numerous shops and restaurants within a shot walking distance. Rooms – had booked for a waterfront view room and have not regraded the extra cost. The allocated room was very spacious with full of small practical details that make our stay more comfortable, including the luxurious bathroom and a fantastic king size bed. Our special thanks to the management team and the service team for making our stay unforgettable. We would definitely make a second visit, should a rises – business or pleasure

近くにAEONがあり、おつまみとかドリンク類(ビールは日本のビール1種類しかない?アルコールは少なめでした)を買うには便利でした。 今回はお天気が悪く、肌寒かったのでルーフトップのプールは使いませんでした。 朝と夕ごはんはホテルを利用していないのでわかりません。 ホテル敷地内の地中海レストランが夜中1〜週末は2時まで営業してたので、スパークリングワインで乾杯しました。夜景が綺麗で眺めがよいのでおすすめです。みなさん外の席で水タバコ?やってました。 ハーバー側のお部屋からは香港島の夜景が見えましたが、窓が汚れていたせいか、綺麗には見れずです。 シャワーの水圧はまあまあ良かったです。が、浴槽🛁とシャワーが離れていて、その間にトイレがあり結局、シャワーだけの利用となりました。 あと、冷蔵庫のコンディションが非常に悪く、お部屋に入った時には全く冷えてなかったので残念です。なかなか冷えない冷蔵庫で、冷凍室はないので注意です! 香港国際空港からの移動はUber taxiがおすすめかもです。行きはエアポートエクスプレスでカオルール乗り換え、地下鉄を2つ乗り継ぎ1時間ちょい、時間がかかりましたが、帰りはUber呼んで香港国際空港ターミナル1まで30分、料金は268香港ドルでした。 今度は移動の事や、食事を考えると、カオルール駅周辺、または、香港島のセントラルが便利かと思いました。

The major issue is check-in. It took us more than 30 mins to check in. Whilst the staff were apologetic about the issue, it’s really bad as they just line you up like an attraction at Disneyland. You’re a captive and can’t choose to not lineup.

Stay here was fantastic. I got upgraded to a suite room which came with a king bed and a queen sofa bed and two full bath. Clean, bright, many restaurants and shopping close by. MTR is about 7 mins walk, 2 blocks from hotel. Definitely stay here again. Taxi was about $250 from airport.

Nice location directly on the harbor with goods access to Whampoa, Hung hom and Hunghom station. FAcilities of the hotel are according to expectation for the price category. Breakfast buffet rather average to slightly below average. Seen better in HK...Overall nice stay.

Good hotel. Just their bathroom is not perfect. The edge of the tub is like one foot wide. It is not easy and can be dangerous to get in and out when slippery. And there isn’t enough hooks for 2 towels and clothes.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job in our room each day. We had a late evening flight, but checked out the morning and the hotel was accommodating in holding our luggage until we departed for the airport. Hope to stay here again.

Pay for the Harbour-view room
We chose a harbour-view room and even though there were many days with fog, we very much enjoyed looking at our view. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of Whampoa and Hung Mon.

Really nice hotel, no complaints at all. Room service food was fine, but not great, specially considering the meaning great alternatives around the area. Pool was closed due to weather, so can’t judge that.

Nice Comfortable Room but Average Customer Service
Overall we have a pleasant stay. Room is comfortable and location of the hotel is convenient. Close to MTR and lots of shops and restaurants around. Pity the service of the hotel isn’t up to standard of such a nice hotel. Have to wait long time for checkin and there seem not enough staffs on duty for such a big hotel. Staffs also not appear to be professional in their work. The girl serving us, who didn’t even give us a welcome greet, kept chatting with the girl next to her who was serving other guests which we found quite unprofessional and rude. However we will still be happy to stay in this hotel again because of its location and comfortable room. We do hope the customer service of the hotel can improve in future.
