Embracing Tropical Nature: Overlooking a beautiful, open coconut field means being close to nature. While the house is sparkling clean and undergoes continuous, rigorous housekeeping, encountering small insects or local geckos is a normal part of island life in Thailand. This is completely natural and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.



Water & Electricity Policy: Water usage is fully included in your stay. For electricity, we provide a generous daily allowance included in the price, which easily covers standard, comfortable home usage. To encourage eco-friendly habits, extra charges will only apply in cases of excessive waste (e.g., leaving all air conditioners running on high with doors and windows wide open, or keeping them on while you are out all day).
