« We have stayed at Broomedge cottages twice now, and have enjoyed it both times. It's well located in the Cheshire countryside in a quiet location, but with conveniences close by. You have a shop and a lovely pub just a couple of minutes walk away. The cottage itself is a great size for a family, with parking spaces just in front of the cottage. You have everything you need for a great family holiday. All you need is a car and you can get around the Cheshire countryside easily and to Manchester...

The location, to the side of the A54, was not without some traffic noise, but this was more than made up for by the ease of access to nearby market towns, the Peak District and Manchester itself. « Fantastic stay. Please dont be put off by the lack of reviews on here. Myself and 3 friends had a brilliant long weekend. The cottage is nicely decorated and very clean. Bedding and towels were included (the description for the cottage says otherwise, but they are there). A full working kitchen with all the equipment you need. The log burner was set up and ready to go to. The only thing missing was shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, so take that with you. Everywhere else was very well...

They have absolutely every amenity we could have wished for as a family staying with young children . The bonus of a gorgeous hot tub and tennis courts was fantastic.
