To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please note that check in begins at 17:00 and check out is required by 10:00. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. Please be advised that ID verification and the signing of a rental agreement are mandatory requirements prior to your arrival. We maintain a strict no smoking policy and pets are not permitted in the studio. To respect the comfort of all residents in the building, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
