'Een heel leuke, fijne plek met vriendelijke eigenaren. Wij hadden helaas geen mooi weer, anders was het een fantastische plek om in de avond met andere reizigers aan het kampvuur te zitten. Zeker een aanrader! '

'Good location, close to restaurants, easy parking. We love the breakfast package from the neighbor backery'

'Wij hadden de cottage, wat een prima huisje was voor 3. De privé hottub zat wel op slot, dus moesten we gewoon de centrale hottub gebruiken. Derde persoon kun je de slaapbank voor uitklappen. Er is een receptie maar geen persoon te zien in de 3 nachten dat wij er waren.'

'Prima accomodatie, echter beetje verouderd. Je zit dicht bij het water. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de auto naar Selfoss.'

'Greatnlocation if you wanna explor east Iceland , golden Circle and reykjavik and dont want tompack up and mive every day. Room are neet and clean #2 with private bathroom is what we had. Walls are thin but as we only slept and left straight after it was fine as we were tired exploring friendky people and free tea and coffee from the breakfast area was a bignplus'

'Gezellig guesthouse, netjes en vriendelijke, meedenkend personeel. Alleen de sauna stelde niet veel voor.'

'Amazing property, very accommodating and well maintained. Absolutely would stay again!'

'The property was in a great location, which we really appreciated during our first trip to Iceland. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to a few maintenance and communication issues. Upon arrival, we discovered an unpleasant odor coming from the dishwasher, which had leftover food inside, and the main bathroom light was not working. We reported both issues, and the host offered to come by to address them. However, since we were visiting Iceland for the first time and...

'Der Ausblick mit dem Frühstück ist unglaublich. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt und mit Abstand das beste Hotel was wir uns für Island wünschen konnten.'

'We had a lovely stay at Askot Cottages and were sad to leave! The cottage was very cosy and has been very thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the gorgeous view from the big window. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights twice while we were there! We also appreciated the small touches, with plenty of tea and coffee for our stay, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. There is even a small shop where they have basics you can purchase (cash only). Having...

'False advertising. The hotel online and featured on Expedia is not the hotel you’ll be staying at. That hotel is still under construction. Paid a premium for a special birthday trip for my wife, only to arrive at a hotel that is literally under construction. Spa/sauna (the reason we chose this hotel) nowhere near completed (despite being prominently featured on Expedia). Rooms still being finished. Driveway still being constructed. Industrial fan above our room kept us awake all night. When I...

'Room was very clean and good. The breakfast supplies were great too so we could nicely have breakfast in the common room'

'It was a little cold even with the fireplace burning in the morning when sun came out got hot inside . The experience over all was great!'

'It was nice and clean. Plus food was good.'
