'We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. 'We absolutely loved our stay at Azade Chania. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our time in Crete, which made our trip even better. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and they even packed us a thoughtful breakfast bag for our early morning flight. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Azade to anyone visiting Chania.'

'This was a cute and very clean room in the middle of Old Town Chania. Perfect location, one block from the harbor. The room was cleaned every day and there was a lovely terrace for coffee. George responded quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.'

To be in the old town need to trade location with size and condition of the building, but not in this one , ultra modern amazing architecture on a well preserved archeological site . 'Very central and well located. Staff are veryy nice. Will come here again. The only negative point which didnt get them a 10/10 is the bathroom ventilation. The sound of it even when closing all doors is unbearable. I had to unplug electricity to make it go off. It is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. I advise changing it. Everything else was perfect'
