Family Friendly Running Y Townhouse near Klamath Falls and Crater Lake

This unit is part of a duplex. It has an attached garage. The main floor has a master bed and bath and a half bath. The second floor has another master bed and bath and a third smaller bedroom with attached full bath. There is also a fold out bed available.
The resort has an 18 hole Arnold Palmer golf course, putting course and driving ranges. Take a walk on the miles of paved trails and natural trails. There are 3 restaurants, lodge, skating rink and sports center. The sports center includes a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, spa, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, sand volleyball and horse shoes.
15 minutes from downtown Klamath Falls. Klamath has museums, antique shops and theaters. It is only an hour drive to beautiful Crater Lake National Park, 20 minutes to Crater Lake Zip Line, 40 minutes to lake of the woods and an hour to Lava Beds National Monument.

Clean and comfortable

The property was easy to access upon check in. Very clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked minus dish soap, so bring your own if you want to wash just a few dishes. There is a dishwasher. Bathrooms supplied plenty of towels & wash cloths & soaps. The shower heads in both master bathrooms (1st & 2nd floor) are in dire need of a good scouring to rid the heads of hard water build up. This is an easy fix, but really needs immediate attention. Another issue we ran into was no passes for the recreation center. The host responded that she was in the process of contacting the HOA to acquire them. Just know it’s 25 per person to use the pool or fitness room until passes for this property are secured.

Beautiful and relaxing

My father and sisters came for a funeral, and this listing had everything we needed to have a calm place to stay. The property had plenty of space, very clean, kitchen had more than what we required for cooking and the nights were quiet- exactly what was needed after our stressful days. Highly recommend staying here and we will definitely book here again!

Comfy dog friendly townhouse near Sports Center at Running Y

The house was set up well for 5 people and 2 small dogs. Everyone had their own ensuite bathroom and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating space in the open floor plan for both meals and gathering. The carpet is not terribly clean, but that was fine since we had dogs. We did not get the wifi password right away, so that was a small problem. Also, there were no passes on the premise for the spa/pool/fitness center. The manager at the pool was kind enough to let us use the pool, etc. The host needs to make sure that passes are available since it was advertised as such in the description. There were a couple of little things that needed attention: refrigerator light was burned out, toilet paper holder was broken, no facial tissues provided. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Ok place - things need fixing

We stayed here last year and things just seem to be wore down. The light in the fridge doesn’t work the light over the stove doesn’t work. The countertop has a piece broken on it. Light bulbs in the bathroom are out. Furniture is worn, tabletop is scuffed. It just doesn’t look like it’s been kept up compared to a year ago.

Absolutely amazing!

The owner helped us with a small issue during our checkin process. They were super responsive and our stay was an easy 5 star experience. I have stayed at a ton of rentals over the past few years, and this experience was by far the best. Highly recommended. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The Running Y is gorgeous, and I highly recommend this property for your stay.

Relaxing Stay

The Runnung Y Ranch Resort is a very nice little community with plenty to do for all ages. We indulged in the zipline up the road & had a blast. Nearby Klamath Falls has all the big name shops excep Costco. Went into Medford, 1.5 hours away to fill up before heading to drive home to Seattle. Our unit had lots of room for everyone with 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths & a guest bath with TV's in each room. Plenty of parking & well stocked unit.
